Chair to Pole Class- Fun Fitness Classes For Women

Not everyone has a fitness pole at home to practice their newest moves.  TML offers a Chair to Pole, a class where you can apply sexy floor work, chair work and some pole work, for you to explore, and practice at home.  Chair to Pole classes with Racheemba are on Saturdays from 11:30am-12:30pm. These classes are for the woman that is typically bored with the gym scene, loves to dance and is looking for something that will keep her motivated during her fitness journey by focusing on FUN!!!
